Head of Engineering

A high-growth technology platform in Riyadh is hiring a Head of Engineering to scale its product organisation in line with Vision 2030 digital ambitions. You will lead distributed teams, define engineering culture and deliver a platform used across the region.
The Mandate
- Lead and grow multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Define architecture, delivery standards and engineering culture
- Partner with product and executive leadership on roadmap
- Own reliability, security and platform scalability
The Profile
- 12+ years in software engineering, 5+ in leadership
- Experience scaling engineering organisations past 50+ engineers
- Strong background in cloud-native, distributed systems
- GCC experience or relocation readiness preferred
