The Mandate
- Lead clinical governance, quality and patient safety
- Develop service lines and physician leadership
- Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation excellence
The Profile
- Medical degree with specialist qualification
- 10+ years clinical practice, 5+ in leadership
- International accreditation experience (JCI or similar)
- GCC licensure eligibility
