A regional conglomerate is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to advise on corporate, commercial and cross-border matters across its UAE and international operations.
The Mandate
- Advise on corporate, commercial and M&A matters
- Draft and negotiate complex cross-border agreements
- Manage external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Support governance and regulatory compliance programmes
The Profile
- 8+ years PQE, common law qualified preferred
- Cross-border transactional experience
- DIFC/ADGM familiarity an advantage
- Strong drafting and stakeholder management skills
