Head of Treasury

A well-established banking group in Bahrain is hiring a Head of Treasury to lead liquidity management, funding strategy and market risk across its regional balance sheet.
The Mandate
- Own liquidity, funding and ALM strategy
- Manage trading and investment portfolios within policy
- Lead regulatory reporting and ICAAP/ILAAP inputs
- Build treasury analytics and hedging frameworks
The Profile
- 12+ years in banking treasury or markets
- Strong ALM and regulatory knowledge (CBB experience a plus)
- Professional qualification preferred (ACT, CFA)
- Regional banking network an advantage
