A national energy organisation in Abu Dhabi is appointing an HR Director to lead people strategy, Emiratisation and workforce transformation across a workforce of several thousand.
The Mandate
- Own people strategy, organisational design and culture
- Lead nationalisation and leadership development programmes
- Modernise HR operating model, systems and analytics
- Advise the executive committee on workforce planning
The Profile
- 15+ years HR leadership, energy or industrial sector preferred
- Experience with nationalisation programmes in the GCC
- Proven transformation and change leadership
- CHRO-track or equivalent executive exposure
