Our client, a diversified investment group headquartered in Dubai, is appointing a Group Chief Financial Officer. The mandate covers financial strategy, capital allocation, investor relations and governance across a portfolio spanning the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
The Mandate
- Own group financial strategy, planning and capital allocation
- Lead investor relations, banking partnerships and funding programmes
- Strengthen governance, reporting and internal controls across entities
- Partner with the Board and executive committee on growth and M&A
The Profile
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership, ideally within the GCC
- Proven track record as CFO or Group Financial Director
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction structures
- Professional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACA or equivalent)
