A leading GCC logistics group is hiring an Operations Manager to run its Kuwait distribution hub, covering fulfilment, last-mile performance and continuous improvement.
The Mandate
- Manage day-to-day hub operations and SLAs
- Drive cost, quality and productivity improvements
- Lead, coach and develop operations teams
- Own safety, compliance and vendor performance
The Profile
- 8+ years in logistics or supply chain operations
- WMS/TMS systems experience
- Strong people leadership in high-volume environments
- GCC experience preferred
